By accessing or using the services provided by Branning Consulting, LLC dba Dolphin Ops ("Dolphin Ops," "we," "us," or "our") via dolphinops.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Dolphin Ops provides custom software development, AI agent integration, web design, and digital strategy consulting. Specific scopes of work are governed by individual Master Services Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work (SOW).

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requested via our discovery forms or communication channels. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, all design assets, code, and content provided by Dolphin Ops are the intellectual property of Branning Consulting, LLC until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the SOW.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dolphin Ops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to our business interests.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
